Buddha Day
All over the Buddhist world the festival of the Buddha's Enlightenment is celebrated on the full moon of May/June.
There will be a puja, starting around 7.30pm. Meet at E9, Bunchrew Caravan Park. Come with outdoor clothes, waterproofs

Sangha walk
Walk suitable for children and
buggies. Start from Sara and Simon's house at 10.30am. Bring a picnic lunch, and after lunch there will be a get together
for people interested in getting a Buddhist centre for Inverness (you don't have to come on the walk first!)

Thursday nights in Inverness: a six week block of classes from June 10th
to July 15th.
Meditation followed by discussion on the five spiritual faculties of faith, wisdom, meditation, energy
and mindfulness. All welcome who've learned the
mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditations.
