5/6th Meditation with Tejananda
The FWBO and WBO approach to meditation practice is
based around four principles; integration, positive emotion, spiritual death and spiritual re-birth, together with a non-practice,
just sitting.
These together comprise a way to wake up from the
delusion of a separate 'me' to the ungraspable 'suchness' of our awakened nature. In this weekend we'll be exploring the whole
of this system of practice and discovering how just sitting becomes a practice in its own right in which we open to the mysteries
of awareness itself.
